There are currently five MOU templates. Please see notes below and linked files to retrieve the MOU template you will be processing.

Corporate Partner Agreement

2. Applies to: MOU Partner employees, spouses and domestic partners
3. Standard Tuition Discount:
  1. School of Business: 15%
  2. School of Education: 10%
  3. School of Continuing Studies: 10% on-site at MOU Partner facilities

Community College, Employee Agreement

Community College, Transfer Student Agreement

3. Standard Tuition Discount:
  1. School of Business: 15%
  2. School of Education: N/A
  3. School of Continuing Studies: N/A

Community College, Combined (Employee & Transfer Student) Agreement

Member Agreement

3. Standard Tuition Discount:
  1. School of Business: 15%
  2. School of Education: 10%
  3. School of Continuing Studies: 10% on-site at MOU Partner facilities

NOTE: All MOU templates have restricted editing. This means that you can only edit the following areas:

Page 3
- Partner name in signature section
- Partner signers name in signature section
- Partner signers title in signature section
- Partner address in signature section
- Partner signers email address in signature section

CUSTOM MOU: If you are working with a Partner that has requested custom edits or you are proposing an increased tuition discount, then submit a MOU Request Form, include all custom edits, attach a mock-up if possible, then a CUSTOM MOU will be created and sent to Nancy Svenson for approval. Once approved, the custom MOU will be shared with the requester.
